David focuses strategically on the Company’s vision, growth, value added services, customer relationship and, corporate ethics. He is involved in managing daily operations and overseeing Diversified’s long-term strategic planning.
David has over 30 years of broad management, operations, and investment experience. He has served as a director of Generac since April 2010 and was President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of USA.NET, Inc. from 2000 through 2007. In 1998 he co-founded Vaduz Partners, a private investment firm for which he continues to serve as a Managing Partner. He was President of the Coleman Outdoor Recreation Group from 1997 to 1998 and held various senior management positions including President and Chief Operating Officer of New World Television, Inc. and Director of New World Communications Group, Inc. between 1993 and 1997. Prior to 1993, Mr. Ramon served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gillett Holdings, Inc.
With 23 years of industry experience, Keith has done it all – from rolling up his sleeves as a crew supervisor to owning and managing his own janitorial company. His extensive experience has provided Keith with detailed skills and intimate knowledge across the board – hiring, training, budget management, and overall operational excellence. Keith oversees operations of new and existing business to include commercial, industrial, corporate headquarters, educational, retail, banks, and medical industries. Keith currently serves as the COO for the Commercial and Industrial Division. His presence on-site during implementation of services, and his continued attention to detail, gives our clients the confidence that their janitorial needs will be completely met.
Larry embarked on his extensive background in managing cleaning operations over thirty years ago, and now is regarded by many as an industry authority. He earned his CIMS “ISSA Certification Expert” (I.C.E.) designation and deftly guided our organization to our Cleaning Industry Management Standards – Green Building (CIMS-GB) initiative with Honors. As Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Larry concentrates on continuously upgrading our best practices and reducing our customers’ costs of service. Additionally, he works with the Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to meet the goals of the company and our customers.
Bob has over 20 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry, during which time, he held senior level positions with several top companies, including Sanitors/ISS and American Industrial Cleaning. In his role, Bob serves as the primary corporate contact for Diversified’s top retail customers. In addition, he provides key leadership and strategic oversight for our customer relationship development. Bob is responsible for Diversified’s client relationship management team, ensuring that we meet the satisfaction, value objectives, and goals of our clients. Bob is a life-long resident of the Mid-West and has recently relocated to sunny Florida!!
Drew joined the Diversified team in August 2017 as Chief Financial Officer. Drew’s responsibilities include leading the Accounting, Finance, & Risk Management departments and providing support to the Executive team around strategy development and execution. He brings over 30 years of financial leadership experience to the Company having worked with market-leading Fortune 500, privately held and private equity-owned companies in the food service, consumer products, retail, and construction services industries.
Drew earned Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Georgia. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Leadership Council of the GSCPA.
Robert Natale brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing management experience to Diversified Maintenance. As 15 year industry veteran, Robert has demonstrated proficiency in leading facility maintenance sales teams and organizations to successful goal and quota attainment. He has practical experience in promotional concepts including branding, web design and social media. A graduate of St John’s University, Robert resides on long Island New York with his wife and 2 children.
Susan joined the Diversified team in 2012 and since that time she has made a significant impact in her role as Vice President of our Human Resources Division. Susan is responsible for employee relations, policies, procedures, employment law, compliance, training, consulting, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and strategic partnering. With over two decades of HR experience, including Director roles at Wilson HCG, The Hartford, and Option One Mortgage Corporation – and the continued knowledge she gains through her membership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Susan’s understanding of the essential duties inherent in human resources management is a key reason Diversified’s HR Department is second to none.
Danielle has over 10 years of business experience which includes a mix of public and private accounting across a broad base of industries including manufacturing, insurance, and retail services. As VP of Finance Operations, Danielle is responsible for covenant reporting, multi-year forecasting and analytical review of company performance. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Florida in 1999 and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management Science from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
