As our customer, you will experience a smooth service transition and consistent communication with our management team during the Start-Up process. We utilize a deep roster of support led by a dedicated Implementation Manager to ensure successful transitions. We communicate transition expectations and phases before implementing service. Over our many years of serving a diverse array of customers, Diversified Maintenance’s senior managers and operational personnel have reviewed the implementation process and incorporated the latest techniques, technology, and management principles for service delivery.

Employee Onboarding

  • EHX: An all-inclusive, electronic employee interview to optimize the way the HR department handles employee on-boarding and necessary paperwork with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Guardian by LawLogix: Our E-Verify system and I-9 Form is tied to Guardian by LawLogix to ensure onboarding compliance.
  • A criminal background check that verifies relevant details such as name, date of birth and social security number.
