Our training methodology focuses on enhancing employees’ skills and developing a customer-focused perspective. Our training program provides a thorough overview of each job task expectations and its alignment to the customer’s scope of work. This helps us eliminate and address potential operational issues. New employees begin with Orientation Training and then progress to On-the-Job Training/ Apprenticeships and Classroom Training.

Our OSHA Certified Environmental Health & Safety Team ensure the organization complies with all current EHS regulations and work to develop, implement, monitor, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures. The team works with managers in the field to:

  • Plans and conduct all environmental, health and safety trainings on-site.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all current EHS regulations and work to develop, implement, monitor, and manage safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify hazardous conditions and practices that may potentially cause harm and take steps to mitigate it through various safety-training methods.
  • Conduct safety audits.
  • Ensure that all facilities are staffed with personnel trained in proper equipment and chemical usage and all safety standards are being met.
