Danielle has over 16 years of business experience, which includes a mix of public and private accounting across a broad base of industries including manufacturing, insurance, and retail services. As CFO, Danielle is responsible for covenant reporting, multi-year forecasting and analytical review of company performance.

Keith drives the Commercial & Industrial business to new heights through vision, attention to details, and an unrelenting work ethic. His facility services journey began in his teens and he has worked his way up to the C Suite by understanding our business and the people with whom we work more so than anyone else.

Bob has over 25 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry. He provides leadership and strategic oversight to the Retail division. Bob is a life-long resident of the Mid-West but now resides in sunny Florida.

Larry pursues strategic alliances with our partners, sets a clear strategic direction and oversees execution of risk containment. He also drives all aspects of procurement while improving cost efficiencies, and leads our award-winning environmental, health, and safety program.

Ciara has over a decade of experience in the facilities maintenance industry working with our sister company, Environmental Service Systems. As a nationally-recognized minority business, ESS has provided Ciara with ample experience working both internally and with customers to meet diversity goals. In his current role as the Senior Vice President, Performance & Strategic Development, Burney provides executive management to customers while retaining responsibility for operations. His ongoing success within the company is due to through dedication, hard work, and a deep commitment to quality service.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in Operations Management. He serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Bob spent years on “the customer side” of the facility management table making him highly attuned to preventing service hiccups. Bringing the customers’ point-of-view to his operational leadership allows him insight into understanding “Details Matter.” Bob and his team of outstanding people provide exceptional service night and day.

Curt oversees partner relationships throughout the company’s southeastern service portfolio. He has 30+ years of experience in the healthcare services, commercial and industrial/manufacturing industries while managing hundreds of facilities around the country.

Kelly’s responsibilities as Vice President of Corporate Operations at Diversified include oversight of customer service and the management of vendor and customer relations. Kelly’s leadership and innovation has had a positive effect on several aspects of Diversified’s customer experience from roll out to retention.

As the Director of Corporate Operations at Diversified Maintenance, Melissa oversees the daily operations of the Customer Care department, Field Help Desk, Customer Service, Account Specialists and Work Order teams.

Travis serves as the primary contact for several key customers, helping coordinate efforts both on-site and through our centralized support teams to ensure client satisfaction. As an advocate for client happiness, Travis strives to form strong relationships and trust with our customers.

Andrea graduated with an MBA in Finance and Operations from George Mason University and has 20 years of international business experience in a variety of industries such as electronic retail, manufacturing and insurance arena. At Diversified, Andrea is involved in Sales Force Implementation, field support, incentive program design/implementation.

Jim’s career began with 20 plus years in retail management in positions that have spanned over 8 states. As the VP of National Accounts, Jim is committed to customer growth through his dedication to service and excellence.

As an Account Director, Monika oversees the day to day performance of one of Diversified’s key national accounts. She plays a vital role in customer relationship management, develops process and procedure for efficient operation, and leads the field operations team by providing training and guidance.

Ben’s primary skill at managing our IT Department is his ability to connect the dots, and since he works for a company serving all fifty states in the U.S. – there are lots of dots to connect. Ben ensures that our people utilize technology to its fullest while also providing insight into where technology will be taking us and our clients in the future.
