Bob has over 20 years of experience in the facility maintenance industry, during which time, he held senior level positions with several top companies, including Sanitors/ISS and American Industrial Cleaning. In his role, Bob serves as the primary corporate contact for Diversified’s top retail customers. In addition, he provides key leadership and strategic oversight for our customer relationship development. Bob is responsible for Diversified’s client relationship management team, ensuring that we meet the satisfaction, value objectives, and goals of our clients. Bob is a life-long resident of the Mid-West and has recently relocated to sunny Florida!!
Burney began his career with Diversified in 2001 as an Area Manager and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Region 3. In his current role, Burney provides executive management to sites across half the country while retaining responsibility for operations in Region 3. His ongoing success within the company has been won through dedication, hard work, and a deep commitment to quality service. Burney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee. He currently resides in Olive Branch, MS with his wife Shea and their two dogs – Wallace and Cujo.
Frank joined our team at Diversified in 2010 as Regional Manager and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Region 2 in 2015. Frank has over 30 years of experience in operations management. Before coming to Diversified, he held the position of Vice President of Operations for the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions with Ultimate Services Inc. and was a senior manager of operations at Macy’s New York. Frank lives in Oakdale, New York with his wife and two children.
Russell currently serves as our Senior Vice President for the South Central Region and has 15 years of experience in the National Facilities arena. He has served in senior leadership roles for USI, ISS Services, American Industrial Cleaning, Servicon Services and Prestige Maintenance. Russell has served as a primary Account Director as well as Senior Operations Management. He has been a lifelong resident of the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
Kelly has been with Diversified since 2009 and brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked her way up from a position as Manager of Business Processes for Integrated Process Technologies to Vice President for Building Air Services and Veteran’s Service Company. Kelly’s responsibilities as Vice President of Corporate Operations at Diversified include oversight of customer service and the management of subcontractor relations. This encompasses Diversified’s Field Help Desk, Quality Control, Account Specialists, Purchasing, Work Ticket/Vendor Payment Management and Vendor Implementation. In addition, Kelly oversees systems administration and build-outs. Kelly’s leadership and innovation has had a positive effect on several aspects of Diversified’s customer experience from roll out to retention.
Amy came to Diversified after 13 years as Account Director for FM Facility Maintenance and a decade as Account Manager for Applied Power/Zero Corporation. In her role as Vice President of Account Management, Amy is responsible for some of Diversified’s key client relationships,ensuring that we meet the satisfaction, value objectives, and goals of our clients. Amy’s administrative duties include, report generation and analysis, and the implementation of new strategies to improve our clients’ program performance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
Syd has over 17 years’ senior management experience in facilities operations management/account management/customer service/support/consulting/
Jim’s career began with 20 plus years in retail management in positions that have spanned over 8 states. He has worked for such retailers as Target and Marshalls, and has held various management positions, such as Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, and Store Manager. He is currently the National Account Director for Home Depot, and has been with the company since January of 2002. His involvement has included rolling out the Home Depot account, training and developing management within the company, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with all of Diversified Maintenance’s services. He is committed to service and excellence.
Monika joined Diversified in 2010 as an Account Coordinator. During her tenure with the company she was involved with several national accounts. As an Account Director Monika oversees the day to day performance of one of Diversified’s key national accounts. She plays a vital role in customer relationship management, develops process and procedure for efficient operation, and leads the field operations team by providing training and guidance on how to achieve customer and company goals and objectives. Monika resides with her family in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and in her spare time is an outdoor enthusiast.
In his role overseeing Vendor Management at Diversified, Reshawn works hand in hand with active and newly on-boarded Vendors to service our subcontracted accounts – managing negotiations, contracts, budgeting, staffing, and the scheduling of services with vendors and Diversified’s client to guarantee the superior level of quality we pride ourselves upon. Vendor Management is an exciting and busy department, and Reshawn looks forward every day to strengthening the growing relationships with our valued Vendors.
Melissa joined Diversified Maintenance in 2012 with 15 years of Business/Account Management experience. Melissa’s previous roles consisted of 9 years as an Account Manager with Equus computer Systems in Detroit, MI, she then moved on to become the General Manager of a restaurant chain in Las Vegas, NV for 5 years. Now as the Director of Corporate Operations here at Diversified Maintenance, Melissa oversees the daily operations of the Customer Care department, Field Help Desk, Afterhours, Customer Service, Account Specialists and Work Order teams.
