Diversified Re-Qualifies for CIMS-GB with Honors

Last month the company renewed our CIMS-GB certification with Honors. We successfully completed the intensive audit process, which includes visits to customer sites to prove we are living up to the high standards set forth by ISSA. In fact, the standards are so high, that only about 2% of companies in our industry are able to qualify. CIMS is divided into five key sections covering different areas of management best practices: Quality Systems; Service Delivery; Human Resources; Health, Safety, and Environmental Stewardship; and Management Commitment. A sixth, optional section is Green Building, which provides qualifying organizations an extra level of certification. We passed all sections with 100% scores! Thanks to everyone’s hard work making Diversified Maintenance one of the premiere facility maintenance service providers in the country!
