Charlene Griffis Goes Above and Beyond for ESS

Last month Charlene Griffis, an Environmental Service Systems team member, went above and beyond at the Boice-Willis Clinic in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Said Lindy Williams, Executive Administrator:
I wanted to reach out this morning to extend our deepest appreciation for the outstanding service one of your staff members provided last evening at our Rocky Mount Medical Park location. Charlene provided assistance to one of our patients and worked to ensure the patient was taken care of appropriately. It is comforting to know that a member of our service team would go over and beyond the call of duty in such a caring manner. I wanted to ensure you were aware and extend our gratitude for Charlene’s attentiveness and assistance.
Charlene’s actions are not only commendable, but show that the services we provide go way beyond cleaning. The small things our team members do every day for our customers and for each other can make a much bigger impact than we sometimes might think!
