Ciara Lilly has been with Diversified Maintenance for 12 years, most recently serving as the Director of Client Relations. Ciara finds great fulfillment in her role, working with clients to find solutions that meet their needs. Outside of work, Ciara maintains a scholarship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and enjoys mentoring young leaders as they begin their careers. Her dedication to nurturing future talent reflects her commitment to making a difference both professionally and personally.
