He focuses on all areas of company operations to keep Diversified Maintenance on a strategic path of growth, development, and success. Neal enjoys golfing and being outdoors, which reflects his love for staying active and appreciating nature.

Danielle Woods is the Chief Financial Officer at Diversified Maintenance. With over 16 years of business experience, she has worked in both public and private accounting across industries such as manufacturing, insurance, and retail services. As CFO, Danielle is responsible for covenant reporting, multi-year forecasting, and analytical review of company performance. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors exploring and being active with her family, including playing tennis and hiking.

Keith McAlpin is the President of Diversified Maintenance and has been with the company for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of leadership experience across all facets of the industry, with a passion for positive change. His business acumen, operational knowledge, and understanding of industry challenges contribute immensely to the company’s growth. In his personal time, Keith is a huge fan of The University of Alabama football team and enjoys going to games – Roll Tide!

Tyler Bruce is the Chief People Officer at Diversified Maintenance, with a vision for the company to be the employer of choice in the industry. He has been with the company for 4+ years, focusing on training, coaching, and supporting leaders to attract and retain talent. With extensive experience in the people/HR industry since 1996, Tyler has held executive HR roles in Technology, Healthcare, the Cruise Industry, and Management Consulting. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, is a fanatic of the Tampa Bay Bucs and IndyCar Racing, and likes hiking and playing pool.

For the past 23 years, Burney Veazy has been dedicated to helping the team at Diversified Maintenance thrive. As COO over the P&R Vertical, he focuses on supporting team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring top-notch service to clients. What he loves most about his job is the challenge of working together to reach their goals. Beyond work, Burney’s Christian faith is central to his life. He cherishes time spent with his wife and their two dogs and often enjoys the great outdoors through running, hiking, and biking. His entire career has been with Diversified Maintenance, where he has grown and evolved through 11 different roles.

Todd Savard is the COO of the IFM Vertical at Diversified Maintenance, overseeing roughly 40 clients. He has been with the company for 4+ years and brings 27 years of industry experience, starting as a cleaner in 1997 and working primarily in the Cleanroom/Critical Environment space. Todd enjoys visiting diverse client operations and meeting people from various backgrounds. In his spare time, he participates in Ironman events to stay in shape and connect with like-minded individuals.

Lisa Ostermann serves as the COO for the Home Improvement and Consumer Retail Division. With over 30 years of industry experience, she enjoys the dynamic challenges of her role and collaborating with her dedicated team. Lisa holds degrees from Long Island University and SUNY Farmingdale and is a Certified Facility Manager with IFMA. Outside of work, she finds tranquility in outdoor activities, particularly floating down the Delaware Water Gap.

Eric Johnson serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Logistics & Industrial. In his role, he supports management and front-line employees in the field, builds customer relationships, and carries out the strategic vision of the organization. With 25 years of industry experience, Eric has progressed from front-line positions to various leadership roles across the country. In his free time, he loves playing golf, enjoying it as a chance to unwind and appreciate the outdoors. Whether hitting balls on the range or playing the course, golf is a cherished pastime for Eric.

Ciara Lilly has been with Diversified Maintenance for 12 years, serving as the Senior Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion. She is responsible for masterminding and executing the nationwide strategy for diversity, equity, inclusion, and supplier diversity. Ciara finds great fulfillment in her role, as it allows her to do meaningful work and make a positive impact. Outside of work, Ciara maintains a scholarship at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and enjoys mentoring young leaders as they begin their careers. Her dedication to nurturing future talent reflects her commitment to making a difference both professionally and personally.

Steve Weiand leads the Client Relations team at Diversified Maintenance, overseeing 450 national clients. With 40 years in the facilities business, Steve brings extensive experience and holds multiple certifications, including CIMS CCE, LEED AP, and AEE CLEP, and an MBA. He enjoys interacting with clients and creating solutions that meet their business needs. In his spare time, Steve gives back to his community through food drives, school backpack programs, and military appreciation events.

Eric Smaldone leads the business development team at Diversified Maintenance, covering a national footprint. With 6+ years of experience, his measured, professional approach to relationship building supports the sales team in building long-lasting client relationships built on integrity and delivering proven solutions. Eric’s dedication to fostering strong connections ensures the continued success and growth of the company. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and can often be found on the court.

As Vice President of Corporate Operations at Diversified Maintenance, Melissa manages the daily operations of several key teams, including Customer Care, Field Help Desk, Customer Service, Account Specialists, and Work Order departments. She works closely with her team to enhance processes and leads them in delivering outstanding results for clients. Outside of work, Melissa has a passion for cooking and mastered the art of Italian cuisine through an old friend who is a chef. Her Shrimp Scampi and Chicken Marsala are truly “chef’s kiss.”

Tom Bradshaw, the Sr. VP of Innovation & Transformation at Diversified Maintenance, ensures the organization stays ahead of industry trends and evolves as a strategic supplier for Facility Management needs. With over 14 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management, Tom has directed multi-million square foot client portfolios and sourced significant cost and energy savings opportunities. Outside of work, he is obsessed with all things automotive.

Maheen Zaidi leads the marketing department at Diversified Maintenance, where she and her team implement strategies to fuel growth, enhance brand presence, and deepen customer engagement. With 10 years at the company, she enjoys working with various departments and values her team’s contributions to their collective success. Outside of work, Maheen has a profound passion for cricket, never missing a match of her favorite team and often engaging in spirited discussions with her family.
