Proposal/RFP/Pricing Definitions

 

Pricing Only: Pricing only. The only requirement from Marketing is to format the pricing page. 

RFP / RFQ: This is a Request for Proposal from the prospect which includes questions and/or pricing (usually on a portal).

Standard Proposal and Pricing: This is our standard, comprehensive boilerplate proposal that includes pricing. 

Customized Boilerplate Proposal and Pricing: This is our standard, comprehensive boilerplate proposal which includes custom sections added (or specific sections removed), and pricing. After uploading on SF, please communicate these customization requests to the Marketing team.

Custom Proposal: This proposal does not match any of our current formats. Please email Marketing with your specific needs.

RFI / Company Questions: No proposal document is provided to the prospect, as all information is entered into a portal or customer-provided spreadsheet or document. This does not include pricing.  Please communicate this with Marketing at your earliest.
