Team Comes Through for Capital One in Baton Rouge

Last week a Capital One branch location hosted a last-minute event with no advance warning for the Diversified cleaning crew scheduled to work there that night. The facilities manager was worried that the building wouldn’t end up getting cleaned in time to open for business the next day. But the next morning when she called the branch to see what the situation was, she got a pleasant surprise! Diversified Area Manager Bryant Wilson was on the case!

The facilities manager explained:

“I wanted to recognize Bryant for his willingness to get the job done and stepping up to the plate. Yesterday evening at 4:59 pm I was notified that a branch was having an event till 7:30 pm with about 50 plus people attending. From my understanding, the cleaner arrived at this location right after they closed to clean the bank with a parking lot full of cars. Bryant showed up early this morning to make sure the branch was cleaned, all the trash was removed, the floors cleaned, and the branch was ready for business. I called the branch and spoke to two employees who were satisfied with how well the branch looked. Thanks for your partnership!”

Outstanding job, team!
