Michelle Tripp Exemplifies Diversified’s Team Spirit

Michelle Trippis an hourly supervisor at the Mohawk plant in Roanoke, AL. She has been with Diversified Maintenance for a little more than three years, and has steadily grown in her leadership role during her time on our team. She says she enjoys working with Diversified Maintenance because she has such a great support system. She says the team always makes her feel encouraged and appreciated for all of the hard work she puts into the company. Her supervisor, Montgomery Area Manager Louise Knight, says that
