Our EH&S Director continually works with our managers in the field and performs periodic safety audits to ensure the safest working conditions are met and the highest level of work performance is achieved.
Internal Auditing Procedures
It is our goal to always provide the highest level of efficiency and quality service to our clients. Our ongoing Internal Auditing Procedures are integral to ensuring our clients are taken care of at every stage of service.
Diversified Maintenance has developed a series of testing modules employed throughout our auditing process that guarantee across-the-board consistency in training and procedure. Our HR department uses these testing modules to make sure our Area and District Managers are up-to-date on issues ranging from the latest methods in janitorial procedure and chemical application to effectively managing employee related issues.
Our Vendor Compliance Program is designed to guarantee optimal service delivery at every stage – from vendor selection, to hiring, to ongoing vendor management.
From the outset we make sure vendors and subcontractors meet our rigorous set of standards. Potential subcontractors must demonstrate at least three years of related experience with immaculate references, full documentation showing all insurance requirements and applicable licenses and qualifications have been met, and a 24-hour emergency contact number. Once hired, our vendors complete our comprehensive on-site client-specific training programs detailing scope of work, safety training, proper chemical and equipment use, and overall best practices. Our performance tracking initiatives use cutting edge Oracle business technologies such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for efficient tracking and communication ensuring ongoing superior quality service to our clients. Our legal department conducts random audits of our subcontractors to ensure that they are meeting all requirements and abiding by our Code of Conduct. For the best interest of our customers, we have a Privacy Agreement with all our subcontractors.
We ensure due diligence at every stage because we take pride in guaranteeing our clients the very best.
