Bill Rush Receives 5 Year Service Award

C&I President Keith McAlpin recently presented Bill Rush with his 5 Year Service Award. As director of Human Resources, Bill has been instrumental in helping lead the company through a period of rapid growth. Since Bill joined the team, he has overseen Diversified Maintenance’s expansion, recruiting hundreds of new employees and starting up dozens of major new customer accounts. Bill also helped lead recruiting and training initiatives by developing our proprietary manager training program, LEAPS (Leadership Empowerment Accountability Passion Success).
