Diversified Appoints Lindsay Raduka as VP, Human Resources

Diversified Maintenance, a national provider of facilities maintenance solutions, announced the appointment of Lindsay Raduka as the Company’s new Vice President of Human Resources. Raduka brings to Diversified 15 years of leadership experience in multiple disciplines of Human Resources, essential to support and sustain the Company’s growth over the years.

Raduka will lead the Company’s HR department, working closely with the CEO, COO and field leadership teams to build and improve processes and HR service delivery across the Company. She will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management and business growth strategies with a focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, organizational culture management and leadership development programs to enable growth.

Prior to joining Diversified, Raduka’s has held multiple HR leadership positions in a wide range of B2B and B2C industries including technology, telecommunications, consumer durable goods, and diversified industrial manufacturing.
