With 23 years of industry experience, Keith has done it all – from rolling up his sleeves as a crew supervisor to owning and managing his own janitorial company. His extensive experience has provided Keith with detailed skills and intimate knowledge across the board – hiring, training, budget management, and overall operational excellence. Keith oversees operations of new and existing business to include commercial, industrial, corporate headquarters, educational, retail, banks, and medical industries. Keith currently serves as the COO for the Commercial and Industrial Division. His presence on-site during implementation of services, and his continued attention to detail, gives our clients the confidence that their janitorial needs will be completely met.
Larry embarked on his extensive background in managing cleaning operations over thirty years ago, and now is regarded by many as an industry authority. He earned his CIMS “ISSA Certification Expert” (I.C.E.) designation and deftly guided our organization to our Cleaning Industry Management Standards – Green Building (CIMS-GB) initiative with Honors. As Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Larry concentrates on continuously upgrading our best practices and reducing our customers’ costs of service. Additionally, he works with the Sales, Marketing and Operations departments to meet the goals of the company and our customers.
John has over ten years of industry experience holding multiple positions in the finance department. As Controller, John ensures that all financial information is accurate and reported to senior management. John started his career with Diversified as a staff accountant and has been involved with all aspects of the accounting and finance functions. This overall knowledge coupled with his attention to detail and analytical skills helps John ensure that Diversified is delivering optimal performance to all of our clients. John graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a double major in Accounting and Finance. John currently resides in Birmingham with his wife and three daughters.
Jay comes to us with 34 years of management experience. Currently Jay covers Illinois, Ohio and New York areas. He is responsible for overseeing several hundred service locations and multiple Area Managers. He is responsible for the day-to-day management to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations and maintain and improve reliability, safety and ensuring the highest level of customer service in a cost effective manner.
Kevin joined our dynamic team in 2006 as a District Manager responsible for all operations in the South Louisiana market. Kevin successfully managed increased growth within the district, maintained financial stability, and supported customer satisfaction, which led to a promotion to Division Manager for the area. In this role, Kevin is responsible for continual growth and retention strategies, as well as staff management for Project/District Managers and Administrative staff.
Andrew has over 24 years of management experience in the commercial/industrial cleaning industry, and he has been a Division Manager for Tennessee since 2011. Andrew has successfully managed and maintained territories with revenues of over $12 million per year. In the past, he has served on the Executive Committee to develop strategic goals and policies, and effectively developed commission programs for sales representatives. Andrew’s ability to develop service workers and supervisors into valued members of our management team demonstrates his valuable knowledge and leadership in the field.
David has been loyal to Diversified Maintenance since he started in 1990. He started out as an Assistant Division Manager for 14 years before being promoted to Division Manager for the Birmingham, Alabama area. David’s current responsibilities include managing operations for new and existing business and supervising quality control, labor control, and supply control. David exemplifies what it means to be a great leader who supports outstanding people every single day.
Brad has over 12 years of experience working in the facility maintenance industry. As a Division Manager for the Gulf Coast, Brad is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction within the region, as well as supervising operations and administration of services. Brad coordinates with managers to attain brand standards in all locations and consistently evaluates goals with the Senior Management Team. Brad is an excellent team player who values quality in every detail of our operation.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, during which time, he held senior level positions in several top companies within various industries. In his current role, Bill serves as the primary human resource contact for Diversified Maintenance’s Commercial and Industrial division. In addition, he provides key leadership for the C&I division. Bill is responsible for the division’s employee and labor relationships, benefits, training and development, ensuring that we meet the organization’s core values, principles and goals. Bill is a life-long resident of the State of Alabama mainly residing throughout North Alabama.
Neema comes to us with over 10 years of territory management experience within the Facility Service industry. As the Division Manager of Florida, Neema is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations for several hundred commercial locations across Florida, as well as directly supervising multiple District Managers. He is responsible for devising policies and methodologies that ensure quality standards, continuity of service, and compliance with all regulations.
