Robert Natale brings more than 25 years of sales and marketing management experience to Diversified Maintenance. As 15 year industry veteran, Robert has demonstrated proficiency in leading facility maintenance sales teams and organizations to successful goal and quota attainment. He has practical experience in promotional concepts including branding, web design and social media. A graduate of St John’s University, Robert resides on long Island New York with his wife and 2 children.
For the past fifteen plus (15+) years, Donna has consulted with major corporations producing and tailoring comprehensive cleaning programs to meet unique needs and scopes of work. She works with clients to understand their approach to the RFP process, identifying and creating solutions to their cleaning challenges, as well as reducing their overall spend.
She is active in IFMA, CREW and BOMA.
Robert’s thirty-five plus (35+) years in the commercial cleaning industry have provided him the knowledge to proficiently design and implement facilities services plans for many well-known manufacturing companies, corporate offices buildings, and healthcare facilities. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he is a problem solver and understands “details matter.”
As Senior Director, Marketing & Regional Sales, Ben is responsible for achieving Diversified’s marketing and regional sales strategies. His responsibilities include managing a team of regional sales professionals, general internal and external communications, proposal generation, and collateral management.
Ben’s leadership has resulted in award winning websites, print collateral, and national recognition that has propelled the organization to industry wide prominence.
Ben has over 16 years in the facilities maintenance service industry. He graduated cum laude with a BS in Marketing from the University of Alabama, and has served as President of the Birmingham Chapter of the International Facility Management Association.
Maheen has over 10 years of experience developing and executing digital, retail and content marketing campaigns. At Diversified, Maheen is responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing programs, both short and long term, targeted towards existing and new verticals. She also develops new strategies to enhance Diversified’s brand, including establishing brand standards and usage guideline and integrating campaigns to maintain brand consistency. She also plans advertising and promotional campaigns including print, online, electronic media, and trade shows. Maheen holds an MBA degree with a major in Marketing.
Jim Silha comes to Diversified Maintenance as the Phoenix, AZ based Regional Sales Executive. He brings over thirty-seven years of relationship building experience in various Account Manager and Sales Management roles. Jim relies on his business savvy and relationship building expertise to build client trust and consistently exceed customer expectations. He is responsible for sourcing and closing sales opportunities that will generate profitable revenue in Phoenix, AZ.
Jeff works as a Regional Sales Executive for Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. He has 25+ years of experience in sales and management roles in the service industry. Jeff has acquired Six Sigma certification. He lives in Nashville with wife.
Dan Morris is based in Mobile, AL and works as a Regional Sales Executive in the Gulf Coast region. Dan’s role as a Regional Sales Executive is focused on helping potential clients understand and communicate the many differences and benefits of coming into the Diversified Maintenance family.
Ivan first began working in the building service industry in 2005. He is active in our industry associations and proud of the professional designations he earned in 2015. Ivan lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
